Materials and Craftsmanship
All Beautipak brushes are produced on dedicated wood and bamboo lines using FSC-certified timber, natural bamboo and eco-processed boar bristle. Wood is dried under strict moisture control to prevent cracking and deformation, then precision-sanded, sealed with eco-friendly varnish, and laser-engraved for custom logos.
Quality Assurance
Every batch leaves the factory only after physical and appearance inspection, including drop testing, bristle pull-force testing and wood moisture re-measurement, with international AQL standard sampling applied to each order.
